That all of our employees have undergone a reference check before being supplied to clients. |
• |
Clients requested day for services to be supplied will be honoured except in Exceptional circumstances such as inclement weather, transport delays etc. |
• |
In the event of a client not being satisfied, we will either replace the Employee or refund the amount paid. To qualify for such action, the clients Dissatisfaction must be communicated to us BEFORE the employees work Day finishes. |

If the client wishes to change the workday schedule you are asked to give us 48 hours notice of such a change. |
• |
Our preferred method of payment is at the time of service by cheque, eft or cash, our banking details appear on the invoice which will be handed to you at the time of the service. |

That whenever you utilise our services you can be sure that you are dealing with the owner of the business. |
